Mac SIG Mission

The MAC SIG serves particular needs of the members of Grand Computers interested in Macintosh computers.

The target audience is for club members with or without Macintosh computer knowledge.

Mac SIG Purpose

• Provide a focal point for people to meet, socialize, and work together on Macintosh computers,
• Encourage members to use the Computer Club's Macintosh computers,
• Assist members in developing skills and computer techniques for using Macintosh computers and products through classes, demonstrations, and the experience of others within the Club,
• Provide a gateway for members of Apple User Groups, retail merchants, and others outside the Sun City Grand community,
• Represent the Computer Club in contacts with other MAC SIGs within the area.

The "Green Apples" tech-talks will be held in the Computer Club Open-use Room in the Chaparral Center on the second Tuesday and fourth Wednesday of each month between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm from October through April.

The Mac SIG is offering these new classes in the Fall term

• iPhone for Macs and PCs
• Holiday letters, labels, and envelopes for Macs
• Note that Photoshop elements is now: PE 1 Basic, PE 2 Layers, and PE 3 Photo Correction
