Prerequisites:

• Taught ONLY on Classroom Compters. Completed Basic Beginning Computer Skills class and/or be familiar/comfortable with the use of the mouse and keyboard when using a computer

Objectives:

1. Understand what the internet is
2. Become familiar how to access the internet
3. Understand what a Web Browser is and how to use it
4. Become familiar how to move around on the internet
5. Become familiar how to find webpages on the internet
6. Learn some internet terminology

Description:

Class is only for very beginning computer users who might find the internet intimidating.

This PC Basic Beginning Internet Skills is to explain the internet using words and examples that are not too technical making it understandable, useful and enjoyable.

This course is taught for Windows 10 and 11 even though the class will be taught on Windows 11 computers.
